October 24 – October 30

Churning out thoughtful, nuanced rock and roll with an art school spirit and a punk rock heart since 2010, BRONCHO, the Oklahoma-based band of Ryan Lindsey(vocals/guitar), Nathan Price (drums), Ben King (guitar), and Penny Pitchlynn (bass) have announced their new Chad Copelin-produced album Bad Behavior to be released October 12th, 2018 via Park The Van Records.

Their recent “Boys Got To Go” slinks and purrs with a sense of lascivious flirtation. Lindsey sings with a mischievous twinkle in his voice, peppering his verses with suggestive uh-ohs and ahhs and at times barely pushing out his words to the point of whispering, Its hard to sit still with this track radiating through your ears.

BRONCHO have extensively toured the U.S. and Europe over the past few years, including arena shows with the likes of Queens of the Stone Age and Cage The Elephant and are heading out on a headlining North American tour in October and November, beginning with a show in Oklahoma City supporting Father John Misty.

Recorded at Blackwatch Studio in Norman, Oklahoma; the band have moved to a more straight forward rock and roll punch from the last album Double Vanity, taking inspiration from the title itself; Bad Behaviour Ryan Explains; “Through the writing process I watched a lot of CNN, and man there’s a lot of bad behavior there,” he says. “Not to mention that there’s a company making money off of people watching their depiction of it all. From an entertainer’s standpoint I get what they’re doing, calling everything ‘breaking news’ and keeping people glued, but taking up that kind of space can’t be good for society. Although it’s pretty fun to watch.”

Bad Behaviour is just moments away, so sink your teeth in to this and get prepared to have your ears seeping with sounds of fascinating alternative indie rock.
